description Abound Overview
Abound is a business-to-business wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with brands and suppliers. The platform is used to discover and order merchandise across categories such as apparel, home goods, accessories, beauty products, and gifts. Its intended customers include small shops, boutiques, and other retail businesses looking to source products for resale, while participating brands use the marketplace to present wholesale collections to retail buyers. The service is distinct from a consumer marketplace because its transactions are organized around retail inventory purchasing.
help Abound FAQ
Who is Abound for, shoppers or store owners?
Abound is a business-to-business wholesale marketplace for verified independent retailers and small brands. A retailer uses it to discover products and place stock orders, rather than buying one item as a normal consumer. [Abound describes its retailer marketplace here](https://go.helloabound.com/wholesaler-directory).
What kinds of products can I source through Abound?
Abound lists wholesale categories such as accessories, cards and paper, home and living, beauty, baby and kids, and food and drink. That makes it more useful for filling a boutique or independent shop than for buying a single retail item. [The current Abound directory lists these categories](https://go.helloabound.com/wholesaler-directory).
What is the minimum opening order on Abound?
There is no single minimum for every brand because suppliers set their own opening-order requirements. Abound's directory shows examples such as $100 for Dasha Alexander and $75 for Soaring Suds Soap Co. [See the brand-level minimums on Abound](https://go.helloabound.com/wholesaler-directory).
Does Abound offer wholesale payment terms or returns?
Qualifying retailers can receive Net 60 payment terms, meaning payment is due 60 days after ordering. Abound also advertises free returns within 60 days on a retailer's first order from any brand. [These terms are listed by Abound](https://go.helloabound.com/wholesaler-directory).
