description EZ2AC Overview
EZ2AC is a series of Korean arcade rhythm games descended from the earlier EZ2DJ series. Its principal control layout combines multiple keys, a turntable, a foot pedal, and additional effect controls, requiring players to respond to several types of musical cues. The series is designed for arcade rhythm-game players and offers numerous songs, difficulty levels, and play modes built around increasingly complex note patterns.
help EZ2AC FAQ
What controls make EZ2AC different from many rhythm games?
The standard EZ2AC cabinet combines five keys with a turntable, foot pedal, and additional effect controls. Players therefore respond to keyboard notes, scratch-style inputs, and pedal cues in the same song. ([EZ2DJ and EZ2AC](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EZ2DJ))
Why did EZ2DJ become known as EZ2AC?
The series began as EZ2DJ in Korea and changed its name to EZ2AC from 2013 onward after Square Pixels took over development and related rights. The new name appears in entries such as EZ2AC: Azure Expression and EZ2AC: Endless Circulation. ([BEMANI Wiki](https://wiki.bemani.cc/index.php?title=EZ2DJ%28EZ2AC%29))
Which major EZ2AC versions did Square Pixels develop?
Square Pixels worked on versions including Azure Expression, Endless Circulation, Evolve, Night Traveler, Time Traveler, Final, and Final EX. These releases continued the Korean arcade series after the earlier EZ2DJ period. ([Square Pixels](https://librewiki.net/wiki/%EC%8A%A4%ED%80%98%EC%96%B4_%ED%94%BD%EC%85%80%EC%A6%88))
Is there a home version related to EZ2AC?
EZ2ON REBOOT:R is the main modern home counterpart, released on Steam for Windows in 2022. It offers 4K, 5K, 6K, and 8K play modes and a large song library rather than requiring an arcade cabinet. ([Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1477590/EZ2ON_REBOOT__R/?l=koreana))
