help F1 2015 FAQ
What platforms can I play F1 2015 on?
F1 2015 launched for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It was Codemasters' first F1 game on those eighth-generation consoles, so the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of F1 2014 are not the same release.
Does F1 2015 include the 2014 season?
Yes, it includes content from both the 2015 and 2014 Formula One seasons. That gives the game two season rosters and circuit sets, although the 2015 season is the title's main focus.
Who developed F1 2015 and which game engine does it use?
Codemasters developed F1 2015 using a new version of its EGO engine. Formula 1's release coverage highlighted the engine update and the game's PlayStation 4 and Xbox One debut.
Is F1 2015 the same as F1 2014 on PC?
No. F1 2015 is a separate 2015 release with the 2015 season, an updated EGO engine, and new-generation console versions, while F1 2014 was the previous title. The PC versions share a racing series but are not the same game.
