Been seeing a lot of reviews online about their fast customer support responses and it was the same on me. I accidentally paid twice for a 1 year subscription and they were quick to process my refund. Good customer service is so hard to find these days so when I encounter one, I know these employees love their job.
I've read a couple of articles and watched some videos before deciding to install Nord on my devices. I've had no issues since and I can see why it's so recommended. Observing its performance for now but all in all it's something I'll be recommending to family and friends.
Nord sometimes takes quite some time to load even when my internet is fast. With all of the other features I still think it's a good app.
Although it worked great for me, I decided to cancel because I don't really need it. I will consider installing this again in the future if the need arises.
Most of the YouTubers I follow like Pewds usually recommends this in his intros. Gave in today and is on a trial. I get what the hype is all about. I've never been worried about security but I like the security this gives me.
Every update they made resolved any of the issues I had so I know they're reading all the reviews they got. Connecting to a server is quick and easy. I can now watch shows not available in my region. Awesome!
I have been so far loving and hating this VPN. It has worked just fine for a month and now I'm getting some buggy responses. The last time I had an issue, support response was extremely quick so I guess that's some sort of a win. The Pros outweigh the Cons so I guess I will still continue to use this.
Super duper easy to use. Plenty of features and it's worth it for its price. I am currently on Day 5 of their 7-day trial and it has been smooth sailing. I have read varying reviews so I am sure it's not the same with all of the users. Will be deciding if it's worth it!
Ever since installing Nord, my browsing experience has been great, safe and secure. Their technical support team are helpful if you have any issues, they'll get back to you straight away and by the next day your problem is sorted out, you cannot really ask for more. You receive up to date information about this service and any changes that they make. A must recommend.
