ZoomMate

It's built around recorded meetings — once a Zoom session is captured, its AI generates the transcript, a summary, and extracted action items. It doesn't sit inside the live call the way some notetaker bots do.

No — it's a third-party tool that works with Zoom recordings, typically connected through your Zoom account or recording library. Zoom itself now offers built-in AI summaries on paid plans, which is worth comparing before buying.

Each summary pulls out key discussion points and action items alongside the full transcript, so absent teammates can catch up without replaying an hour-long call. The transcript also lets you jump to the moment a decision was made.

Tools in this category generally handle English most reliably, with support for other major languages varying by provider. If your team runs multilingual meetings, test it on a sample recording before committing to a plan.
