Visual Studio Load Testing was a built-in feature of Microsoft's Visual Studio Enterprise, designed for teams working within the Microsoft ecosystem. It allowed for easy creation of load tests using the familiar Visual Studio interface. However, Microsoft has deprecated this feature in favor of cloud-based alternatives like Azure Load Testing. While still used by some legacy teams, it is no longer recommended for new projects. It is included here as a historical reference for those migrating away from the platform.
