help B&H Photo Used Pixelbook i5 128GB FAQ

How does B&H's used condition grading work on this Pixelbook?

B&H's used department rates gear on a numeric scale (for example 9/10 or 8/10) describing cosmetic condition, with items fully functional unless noted. On a 2017 aluminum Pixelbook, expect light scuffs on the lid or palmrest at lower grades.

How is the battery life on a used 2017 Pixelbook?

Google originally claimed up to about 10 hours of use, but real-world battery on a years-old unit depends heavily on its charge cycles. Check whether B&H notes battery health, and expect to rely on the USB-C charger more often than when the laptop was new.

Does this B&H listing include the Pixelbook Pen?

No, the Pixelbook Pen was always a separate accessory and is not bundled with standard used listings. The i5/128GB config itself includes 8GB of RAM, which is the key spec to verify on any used unit.

What ports does the Pixelbook have, and can I use it with external monitors?

It has two USB-C ports (one on each side) plus a 3.5mm headphone jack, and it charges over USB-C. You can drive an external display with a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort adapter, which is worth budgeting for since none are included.
