help Lovely Horribly FAQ
Who are the main actors in Lovely Horribly?
Park Si-hoo leads as arrogant top actor Yoo Philip, with Song Ji-hyo co-starring as unlucky drama screenwriter Eul Soon. Lee Gi-kwang also appears in a main role in this KBS2 series.
What is the premise of Lovely Horribly?
It centers on a top star and a struggling writer whose fortunes are mysteriously linked in a 'zero-sum' relationship — when one of them succeeds, misfortune strikes the other. The show blends romantic comedy with light supernatural and mystery elements around a drama production.
When did Lovely Horribly air and how many episodes are there?
It aired on KBS2 in 2018 in the Monday-Tuesday slot as a 16-episode series. Despite the title, it is a rom-com hybrid rather than a straight horror drama.
Is Lovely Horribly actually scary?
Not really. Although the title and some ghostly imagery suggest horror, the series is primarily a comedy-melodrama about fate and luck shared between Park Si-hoo's and Song Ji-hyo's characters, so viewers expecting a true horror K-drama should adjust expectations.
