Are Riedell Dart skates for roller derby or casual skating?
The Dart is positioned as an accessible entry-level quad skate for roller derby and general recreational use. Its stock 93A wheels and basic plate are a starting setup rather than a high-end competition build.
Are Riedell Dart wheels suitable for outdoor skating?
The stock 93A wheels are relatively hard and usually feel better on smooth indoor floors than on rough pavement. Outdoor skaters commonly switch to softer wheels while keeping the original set for rink use.
Can you customize or resize Riedell Dart skates?
Riedell lists the black and aqua Dart in full sizes 1 through 14 with a medium width. Wheels, bearings and toe stops can be replaced, while changing the plate or mount is a specialist job that requires accurate fitting.
