description Vivo Pad Overview

help Vivo Pad FAQ

Is the original vivo Pad really a 12.4-inch tablet with a Dimensity 900 chip?

No. The 2022 vivo Pad has an 11-inch 2.5K 120Hz display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, so the 12.4-inch Dimensity 900 description appears to mix it up with another tablet.

How large is the vivo Pad battery and how fast does it charge?

The vivo Pad uses an 8,040mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. vivo also lists OTG reverse charging, which lets the tablet provide power to a compatible phone or accessory.

Does the vivo Pad have a SIM card slot?

vivo's official FAQ says the original vivo Pad does not support a SIM card and is designed around Wi-Fi connectivity. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and NFC, so it should not be treated as a cellular tablet.

Can the vivo Pad replace a small laptop for notes and office work?

It runs Android-based OriginOS HD and supports an optional vivo keyboard and stylus for typing, handwriting, and document work. Its USB-C port supports high-speed file transfer and up to 4K at 60Hz display output, but Android app compatibility is different from Windows.
