Abby is a 1974 American blaxploitation horror film directed by William Girdler. Carol Speed plays Abby, a woman whose behavior changes after she becomes possessed by a Yoruba spirit, bringing supernatural violence into the story. The film drew legal action from Warner Bros. because of similarities to The Exorcist and was withdrawn from circulation after the lawsuit.
