Artpark

Artpark is a unique state park and summer arts venue located in Lewiston, New York, right along the Niagara River gorge. It is situated just a few miles north of Niagara Falls, making it a popular cultural destination for tourists. The park offers stunning views alongside its outdoor amphitheatre.

Established in 1974, Artpark was created to present large-scale outdoor concerts, theatrical performances, and visual arts programs. During the summer months, the amphitheatre hosts a variety of national touring musicians, tribute bands, and family-friendly festivals. It also features interactive art installations and hiking trails throughout the grounds.

The main outdoor amphitheatre at Artpark generally operates on a general admission basis for its free and ticketed summer concerts, though VIP seating sections may be available. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to secure a spot on the grassy incline. The layout provides a relaxed, casual concert setting.

Artpark is operated by Artpark & Company, Inc., a non-profit organization that manages the cultural programming in partnership with New York State Parks. This partnership allows the venue to bring high-caliber entertainment to the region while maintaining the natural beauty of the state park. The facility was a joint initiative between the state and local arts advocates.
