description Bengal Cat Overview
Bengals, a hybrid of domestic cats and Asian Leopard Cats, are known to produce less Fel d1 than many other breeds. Their striking spotted or marbled coat resembles a miniature leopard. Bengals are highly energetic and playful, requiring plenty of enrichment and interaction. They are intelligent and can be trained.
While generally friendly, they can be demanding of attention. Expect a lifespan of 12-16 years and a weight of 8-15 pounds. Regular grooming is recommended.
