help Beurer BM93 Cardio FAQ

What does the Beurer BM93 Cardio measure besides blood pressure?

The BM93 Cardio combines an upper-arm blood-pressure monitor with a single-channel ECG function. Its ECG is recorded through electrodes on the main unit and is intended to provide additional heart-rhythm information.

Can the BM93 Cardio detect atrial fibrillation?

The monitor includes an atrial-fibrillation indicator during blood-pressure measurement and can also record a short ECG. Neither result replaces a clinical 12-lead ECG, so suspected AFib still needs medical evaluation.

How large is the cuff supplied with the Beurer BM93 Cardio?

Its easyClip upper-arm cuff is designed for circumferences from 23 to 43 cm. The cuff should sit on bare skin with its lower edge a few centimetres above the elbow.

Can two people keep separate histories on the BM93 Cardio?

Yes, the device has two user memories with 60 blood-pressure entries per user. Bluetooth support also allows compatible readings and ECG records to be reviewed in Beurer's CardioExpert software or app.
