Bill Cook

Bill Cook is an American magician acclaimed for both stage and close-up performance. He famously became the youngest-ever recipient of the Jack Gwynne Stage Award, winning it in 1999.

It is a stage-magic prize named in memory of Jack Gwynne, a classic American stage illusionist known for his manipulation and illusion work. Winning it in 1999, at a younger age than anyone before him, marked Cook as a major stage talent early in his career.

Cook has performed internationally and at top magic venues, including appearances at Hollywood's famed Magic Castle. His reputation rests on polished, competition-honed performances in front of both general audiences and magicians.

He works across two very different disciplines: large stage illusions and close-up sleight of hand. That range, together with his award-winning manipulation skills, distinguishes him from magicians who specialize in only one format.
