It covered the early-1980s hardcore and alternative underground with raw, photocopied interviews and record reviews. Like most punk zines of that era, it focused on scenes that mainstream music magazines ignored entirely.

It belonged to the same DIY wave of 1980s punk press as Maximum Rocknroll, Flipside, and Slash, but with a much smaller circulation. Issues were typically traded by mail or sold at shows rather than commercially distributed.

Documentation is thin because it was a small underground title, and its editors are far less documented than figures behind famous zines like Search & Destroy. Punk archival collections and zine libraries are the main sources for surviving information.

Original issues occasionally surface on eBay and through punk-collectible dealers, and some university zine archives preserve underground titles like it. Condition varies widely since these were photocopied, hand-stapled productions from the early 1980s.
