City Streets

description City Streets Overview

City Streets is a studio album by American singer-songwriter Carole King, released in 1989. The record marked a return to a more rock-oriented sound after periods in which her work had drawn heavily on pop, folk, and adult contemporary styles. It includes contributions from guitarist Eric Clapton, whose playing adds a blues-rock element to parts of the album. The record belongs to King’s later studio work rather than her early-1970s breakthrough period.
