Constantine is an American urban fantasy television series that aired on NBC for a single season beginning in 2014. Developed by Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer, the show adapts the DC/Vertigo comic book series Hellblazer, focusing on the character John Constantine. Portrayed by Matt Ryan, Constantine is a cynical occult detective and demonologist who battles dark magical forces and demons to protect humanity.

Despite its cancellation after 13 episodes, the actor's performance led to the character's continued appearances in other DC television projects.
