Croham Hurst is a wooded hill and nature reserve in South Croydon, within the London Borough of Croydon, rising to approximately 145 meters above sea level. The hill is capped by Blackheath Beds gravel, a resistant layer of rounded pebbles that has shaped the hill's distinctive prominence. The site contains ancient woodland, heathland vegetation, and a Bronze Age round barrow that provides evidence of early human activity. Croham Hurst is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is managed as a public open space by the London Borough of Croydon.
