Death Crimson 2 is a light-gun rail shooter released for the Sega Saturn in 1998, developed by Japanese studio École Software and released only in Japan. It is the sequel to Death Crimson (1996), a game notorious for its poor quality that nevertheless gained a cult following, and it continues the series' dark fantasy storyline with improved production values. It appeared late in the Saturn's life, after the console had lost its market battle with the PlayStation.
