The unit provides high-wattage output while maintaining a relatively lightweight profile compared to larger stations.

help EcoFlow Delta Max FAQ

How long does it take to charge the EcoFlow Delta Max from a wall outlet?

The EcoFlow Delta Max features X-Stream fast charging technology that allows it to charge from 0% to 80% in under an hour. Plugging it into a standard wall outlet will fully top off the 2048Wh battery in about 1.6 hours. This makes it one of the fastest-charging battery backups on the market.

Can the EcoFlow Delta Max power a full-size refrigerator during an outage?

Yes, with 2400W of continuous pure sine wave output, the Delta Max is large enough to easily run a standard household fridge. A single Delta Max unit can power a modern refrigerator for up to 14 to 20 hours on a single charge. You can also connect extra batteries to extend this runtime significantly.

What type of battery cells are inside the EcoFlow Delta Max?

Unlike older power stations, the EcoFlow Delta Max utilizes lithium iron phosphate, or LiFePO4, battery chemistry. This chemistry is heavily favored because it is significantly safer, runs cooler, and offers a much longer cycle life. It can be discharged and recharged thousands of times before degrading.

Can I use solar panels to charge the EcoFlow Delta Max?

Yes, the Delta Max supports solar charging up to 800W of input power. You can plug compatible solar panels directly into the XT60 port on the front of the unit. With optimal sunlight conditions, you can fully recharge the battery backup in around 3 to 4 hours.
