Egersund pottery was produced by Egersunds Fayancefabrik in the Norwegian coastal town of Egersund. Founded in 1847, the factory manufactured utilitarian and decorative earthenware, including table services, household vessels, and pieces with transfer-printed or hand-painted designs. It became a significant Norwegian ceramics producer and continued operating until 1979; its wares document changing Scandinavian domestic styles across more than a century.
