Euchorthippus declivus is a species of grasshopper in the family Acrididae and subfamily Gomphocerinae. It occurs in parts of Europe and is associated with open, relatively dry grassland habitats. The species was formally described in 1849 by the French entomologist Charles Nicolas François Brisout de Barneville, making it a documented subject of European orthopteran taxonomy.
