Formula 409 Multi-Surface Cleaner

The standard trigger-spray product is sold ready to use and normally should not be diluted. Spray the surface, allow brief contact as directed on the label, and wipe with a cloth or sponge.

It is intended for many hard, nonporous surfaces, but natural stone and its sealant can vary. Check the current bottle label and test a hidden area before using it on granite, marble, or another stone surface.

Some Formula 409 products are EPA-registered disinfectants, but the exact claim and required wet contact time depend on the specific bottle. A general multi-surface cleaner and a labeled antibacterial formulation should not be assumed to have identical directions.

Use only according to the product label and rinse food-contact surfaces with potable water when the label requires it. This matters for counters, high-chair trays, and other places where food is prepared or served.
