Francis Beverley Biddle was an American lawyer, judge, and public official who served as U.S. attorney general from 1941 to 1945 under President Franklin D. Roosevelt. His tenure spanned World War II and involved administration of the Justice Department during wartime.

After the war, Biddle served as the American judge on the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, which tried leading surviving officials of Nazi Germany.
