Gaston Litaize (1909–1991) was a French organist and composer who was blind from childhood. He served as titular organist at the church of Saint-François-de-Sales in Paris for over four decades. A student of Marcel Dupré at the Paris Conservatoire, Litaize was known for his improvisations, recordings of the French Romantic organ repertoire, and teaching at the conservatoire in Reims.
