This innovative design allows the outer layer of the helmet to rotate around the inner layer during an angled impact. This rotation helps absorb impact forces and significantly reduces the rotational motion transferred to the brain during a crash.

The Aries Spherical features advanced In-Mold construction with massive, deeply sculpted internal channeling to optimize airflow over the rider's head. Giro engineers designed the helmet to pull cool air in through the front and exhaust hot air out the back.
