The Gould Mausoleum is a classical family mausoleum at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, New York, built for railroad financier Jay Gould and members of his family. Architect H. Q. French designed it as an Ionic peripteral temple, a form with a colonnade surrounding the structure and a design that recalls a classical Greek temple.
Jay Gould, his wife Helen, and several of their children are entombed in wall crypts inside. The mausoleum is studied as both a funerary monument and an example of late-19th-century classical revival architecture.
