Harlequin Blue Beard; or, The Fairy of the Silver Crescent is an English Christmas pantomime first performed at the Adelphi Theatre on December 26, 1843. The production was written by Edward Stirling, choreographed by Frederick Frampton, and associated with music by William Kearns; it adapted the Bluebeard story within the comic performance traditions of nineteenth-century pantomime and harlequinade.
