Les cent vierges is a three-act French opérette with music by Charles Lecocq and a libretto by Clairville, Henri Chivot, and Alfred Duru. It premiered at the Théâtre des Fantaisies-Parisiennes in Brussels on 16 March 1872. Its comic plot concerns a plan to send one hundred young women to a distant colony populated by one hundred unmarried British men, with two married women accidentally joining the voyage.
