Loch Kishorn is a sea loch on the west coast of Scotland, connected with the waters around the Applecross and northwest Highland region. It became associated with Kishorn Yard, an industrial construction site developed during the 1970s with a large dry dock. The yard was used in the fabrication and assembly of major offshore oil-production structures, linking the loch to the industrial expansion of North Sea petroleum development.
