No, the Raw S1 is a 12.3-liter Mini-ITX case using a vertical sandwich layout. A full-size ATX motherboard will not fit.

Louqe specifies triple-slot card support up to approximately 320 mm long, 145 mm high and 65 mm thick. Exact clearance should still be checked against Louqe's compatibility list because shrouds, power plugs and the top assembly can interfere.

Why can cooling a powerful Raw S1 build be difficult?

The compact vertical enclosure puts a high-wattage CPU and GPU into only 12.3 liters of space. Cooler height, fan direction and GPU exhaust behavior therefore matter much more than in a conventional ATX tower.
