Malcolm Rowe is a Puisne Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, appointed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in 2016. A native of St. John's, he became the first jurist from Newfoundland and Labrador to serve on the country's highest court. Before his appointment, Rowe spent over a decade as a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal and had extensive experience in constitutional, administrative, and national security law.
