Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat

The Manduka PROlite is 4.7 mm thick, which provides a balance between floor connection and cushioning. It is thinner and lighter than the 6 mm Manduka PRO.

The standard PROlite measures 71 inches long by 24 inches wide. Manduka also sells longer and shorter variants, so the exact size should be checked before ordering.

Its closed-cell surface helps keep moisture and perspiration from penetrating into the mat's core. That improves durability and makes cleaning simpler, but sweat can remain on the surface instead of being absorbed.
