Miss Grand Philippines

The winner represents the Philippines at Miss Grand International, an annual global competition founded in Thailand in 2013 by Nawat Itsaragrisil. The international pageant remains headquartered in Thailand.

Miss Grand International is known for its 'Stop the War and Violence' advocacy campaign, which its national franchises like Miss Grand Philippines promote. Contestants are expected to speak on peace and anti-violence initiatives throughout the competition.

As of the mid-2020s, no Philippine representative has won the international crown, though the country has come close with multiple runner-up and finalist finishes, such as Nicole Cordoves in 2016. Filipino pageant fans closely track the national franchise's results each year.

For several years the Philippine representative was selected through existing national pageants before a dedicated Miss Grand Philippines search was established in the early 2020s. The standalone franchise now crowns its winner specifically for Miss Grand International.
