Moira lachesinella is an irregular sea urchin in the family Schizasteridae and order Spatangoida. Mortensen described the species in 1930, and taxonomic databases list it as a member of the genus Moira, with Moira lachesis recorded as a synonym. Its known range is in the western Pacific, especially around Japan, where it is associated with shallow sandy seabeds and a burrowing mode of life.
