"Ore Monogatari!!", also known in English as "My Love Story!!", is a romantic comedy manga series written by Kazune Kawahara and illustrated by Aruko that was adapted into a television anime by Madhouse in 2015. The narrative deliberately subverts traditional romance genre tropes by centering on Takeo Gouda, a towering and intimidating high school student with an exceptionally kind heart, rather than his popular best friend. The story follows Takeo's unexpected relationship with Rinko Yamato after he rescues her from a harasser.
