description Ram 1000 Overview
The Ram 1000 is a compact pickup truck sold under the Ram brand in selected Latin American markets. It is based on the Fiat Strada, a small front-wheel-drive utility pickup, rather than the larger body-on-frame trucks sold under the Ram name in North America. The vehicle is intended for light commercial work and personal use where a smaller cargo bed, compact dimensions, and car-derived driving characteristics are useful.
