Refik Anadol: Machine Hallucinations

It is a series of immersive installation art pieces created by media artist Refik Anadol. The project utilizes massive datasets of architectural blueprints and astronomical images fed through AI algorithms to create fluid, evolving visual narratives.

Anadol trains machine learning algorithms on millions of raw images, ranging from space photographs to modern architecture. The AI then generates fluid projections that appear as the literal dreams of the machine, transforming raw data into breathtaking visual narratives.
