REV Ocean

At 183 meters, 'REV Ocean' is a unique vessel that blurs the line between private megayacht and oceanic research platform. Funded by Norwegian billionaire Kjell Inge Røkke, its primary mission is scientific: to find solutions for a healthier ocean. Built by VARD, it is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, a remote operated vehicle (ROV), an acoustic quiet zone for marine life studies, and a moonpool for deploying equipment. It can also function as a luxury charter yacht, hosting up to 36 guests and 54 crew in sumptuous accommodations designed by Espen Øino.
