Sanjeev Kulkarni

Sanjeev Kulkarni is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University, where he also served as the Director of the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education. He received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has held visiting positions at MIT, UC Berkeley, and Stanford University. His research focuses on statistical learning theory, pattern recognition, non-parametric estimation methods, and information theory.

Kulkarni has authored several textbooks, including "An Elementary Introduction to Statistical Learning Theory" and has been named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
