Suunto Wing

Suunto's official Wing specifications list bone conduction, Bluetooth, LED lights, and IP67 water resistance, but they do not list an optical heart-rate sensor in the headphones. Heart-rate data must therefore come from a paired watch or external sensor rather than the Wing itself.

Suunto rates the Wing for at least 10 hours of music playback and up to 30 hours when used with the included powerbank. Actual time changes with volume, head-movement controls, and constant LED use.

Yes, the bone-conduction design sits on the jaw area and leaves the ear canals open, which helps preserve awareness of surrounding traffic and runners. It is still important to keep volume low enough to hear real-world hazards.

The headphones have an IP67 rating, which supports dust protection and temporary water immersion but does not make them dedicated swimming headphones. Bluetooth audio also does not travel reliably through water, so the Wing is intended for land-based running and outdoor activity.
