Trainees can practice travel, boom and stick coordination, bucket control, trenching, loading, grading, and work around obstacles. The simulated soil response lets them repeat digging exercises without fuel use or wear on a real excavator.

Training installations can be configured to match common excavator control conventions and dedicated machine controls. The selected package should be checked against the ISO or SAE pattern used by the employer's actual fleet.

Tenstar's multi-machine training environment is designed to place different simulated construction machines in a shared worksite. That allows coordinated exercises, such as an excavator loading a virtual articulated hauler.

The system can evaluate task completion and operating behavior such as collisions, efficiency, positioning, and control use. These repeatable records help identify whether a trainee is improving before time is scheduled on physical machinery.
