Tetris Forever

Tetris Forever is an interactive documentary by Digital Eclipse that includes over 15 playable classic Tetris titles. The collection spans from the 1984 Soviet Electronika 60 version to fan-favorite releases like Tetris Battle Gaiden and Hatris.

No, Nintendo holds the licensing rights to the iconic 1989 Game Boy version, so it is not included in this collection. Instead, Tetris Forever focuses heavily on the history of Bullet-Proof Software and versions created by Alexey Pajitnov and Henk Rogers.

Alongside the classic retro games, Digital Eclipse developed a brand new four-player multiplayer title called Tetris Time Warp exclusively for the collection. It allows players to compete while periodically shifting the visual and gameplay styles through different eras of Tetris history.

The interactive documentary features nearly an hour and a half of exclusive video interviews with Tetris creator Alexey Pajitnov and others. Players unlock these video chapters progressively as they complete milestones in the playable classic games.
