Toy Story 3

Toy Box mode is an open-world sandbox set in a western-themed town where players can freely complete missions, customize buildings, unlock characters, and play mini-games. It was widely considered the highlight of the game and was separate from the story campaign that follows the film's plot from Andy's room to Sunnyside Daycare.

Avalanche Software developed the main console versions for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii, while n-Space handled the Nintendo DS version and Asobo Studio developed the PSP and PlayStation 2 versions. Avalanche Software was later acquired by Disney Interactive Studios before eventually becoming part of Warner Bros. Interactive.

The game has not been remastered for modern platforms, but the Xbox 360 version is playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S through Microsoft's backward compatibility program. The PS3, Wii, and other platform versions remain on their original systems only.

The story mode loosely follows the film's plot across several themed levels set in locations like Andy's room, Sunnyside Daycare, and the incinerator scene. However, it also includes original sequences and gameplay scenarios not directly tied to specific scenes from the Pixar film.
