Where is Wolf Rock Lighthouse located?

Wolf Rock Lighthouse stands on Wolf Rock off Cornwall, southwest of Land's End and east of the Isles of Scilly. The rock is exposed to heavy Atlantic seas, which made construction unusually difficult.

When was Wolf Rock Lighthouse built?

The granite tower was built between 1861 and 1869, and its light first shone in 1870. The tower is made from Cornish granite prepared at Penzance.
