British Airways Concorde Room (London Heathrow Terminal 5)

Access is strictly limited to British Airways First class passengers and eligible Executive Club Gold Members holding a Concorde Room card. Standard business class tickets or Oneworld Sapphire status will only grant access to the standard Galleries lounges. You cannot purchase a one-day pass to enter this specific facility.

While it does not feature a full-service spa like the Qatar Airways Al Safwa lounge, it is renowned for its a la carte dining and complimentary Champagnes. Passengers can order high-end meals directly to their private cabanas. The focus is heavily on fine dining and exclusive drinks rather than spa therapies.

The primary Concorde Room is located in London Heathrow Terminal 5, specifically past security in the main A gates area (T5A). There was previously a smaller outpost in Terminal 5B, but the main T5A location remains the flagship. It is accessible directly from the main departure lounge complex.

British Airways does not enforce a strict formal dress code, but smart casual attire is highly expected for entry. Passengers traveling in First class are generally dressed appropriately for their flight anyway. Beachwear, overly revealing clothing, or dirty apparel will be turned away at the lounge reception.
