Pedra do Telégrafo is a rock outcrop and hiking destination in the Morro de Guaratiba area of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It became widely known through photographs taken from a projecting ledge: camera angle and the steep drop beyond the ledge can make a person appear to be hanging over a much higher cliff.
