The Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Reverse Flow is an offset smoker that can use charcoal and wood for heat and smoke. The firebox is separate from the main cooking chamber, so food cooks with indirect heat.

It is a full-size backyard offset smoker with a separate firebox and multiple cooking grates. Its steel construction and large chamber make it substantially more demanding to heat and manage than a small kettle grill.

Its reverse-flow baffle changes the path of heat and smoke and is intended to reduce temperature differences across the cooking area. It still requires the fire management associated with an offset smoker, including airflow control and regular fuel adjustments.
