109 Felicitas is a dark, carbonaceous GC-type asteroid in the main belt, with an estimated diameter of about 89 km. German-American astronomer Christian Heinrich Friedrich Peters discovered it on 9 October 1869 and named it after Felicitas, the Roman goddess associated with success. The asteroid takes about 4.43 years to orbit the Sun and rotates once in roughly 13.2 hours.
